Enrichment & Care
Provide various hiding spots and textures. Some ball pythons enjoy climbing despite being primarily terrestrial - add branches. Rearrange decorations occasionally for novelty. They benefit from clutter and cover making them feel secure. Some enjoy supervised exploration in snake-proofed room. Observe natural behaviors like exploring, thermoregulating, and hunting during feeding. Deep substrate allows natural burrowing behaviors.
